The ESCO® Ultralok® weld-on nose WN-U40 is a system component for the Ultralok® tooth system in size U40. It is welded directly onto the bucket cutting edge and provides the base interface for compatible Ultralok® tooth points.
The weld-on nose forms part of the Ground Engaging Tools (GET) and connects the excavator bucket cutting edge with the tooth interface. Within the Ultralok® system the integrated locking mechanism allows hammerless tooth replacement.
