Hochfeste LIS® Anschweißhaken für die sichere Lastaufnahme an Baumaschinenteilen.

LIS® Weld-on Hooks (Grade 8)

High-strength Grade 8 (GK8) weld-on hooks for excavator buckets and attachments. Equipped with a sturdy safety latch for safe load transport on construction sites.

Technical Design

These weld-on hooks comply with Grade 8 (Grade 80) standards. They serve as a defined lifting point on construction machinery equipment (excavator buckets, lifting beams, quick couplers). These components complement our range of Excavator Buckets & Accessories and are designed for permanent welding.

Available Load Capacities (WLL)

We cover the entire range from mini excavators to large excavators. Available nominal sizes (Working Load Limit) in our range:

  • Small: 1.12 t | 1.25 t | 2.0 t | 2.5 t

  • Medium: 3.0 t | 5.0 t

  • Large: 8.0 t | 10.0 t Note: Please check the WLL against the lifting capacity of your carrier machine.

Material & Welding Specifications

The hook body is made of high-strength tempered steel. To ensure safety, the welding specifications per item must be strictly observed during installation. This includes in particular:

  • Minimum mounting wall thickness: The bucket floor/frame must be thick enough to support the hook securely.

  • Minimum weld seam thickness (throat thickness): Prescribed seam thickness for force transmission.

Safety Features & Maintenance

  • Safety Latch: A sturdy latch prevents unintentional unhooking of lifting gear (chains/slings).

  • Repair Kits: Since the latch is a wear part, we offer matching repair kits (latch, spring, pin). This keeps the hook cost-effective to maintain without having to cut it off.

Advice on Dimensioning
