This category combines different component types for loader buckets and dozer blades. Bolt-on cutting edges form the replaceable working edge of loader buckets. Dozer cutting edges are installed along the lower working area of the blade. End bits complete the cutting edge at the outer blade sections. Bolt-on cutting edges for loader buckets
A bolt-on cutting edge is secured to the designated mounting surface of the loader bucket using plow bolts and nuts. It can be removed and replaced separately when worn. The reference number, length, width, thickness, bolt pattern and bolt size must be compared with the installed component. On multi-piece cutting edge assemblies, the position within the cutting edge set must also match.
Dozer cutting edges and end bits
Dozer cutting edges form the bolted working edge of a crawler dozer blade. End bits complete the cutting edge at the outer blade sections. Similar dimensions or the same number of holes do not confirm interchangeability. The reference number, installation position, geometry, bolt pattern and fastening must match.
