Teeth, Tooth Adapter and Retainer suitable for Bofors B-Lock B0
The LIS® range suitable for Bofors B-Lock B0 includes one excavator tooth, one loader tooth, one tooth adapter and the corresponding retainer. Selection is based on the reference number of the existing component and the geometry of the B0 adapter interface.

The confirmed B0 component combination
The excavator tooth 030 104, also 30104, and the loader tooth 030 101, also 30101, both belong to the B0 size. They are different product types and are not interchangeable simply because they use the same system size. The reference number, tooth design and existing adapter interface determine the correct selection.
The confirmed B0 combination also includes the tooth adapter 031 006, also 31006, and the retainer 030 201, also 30201. Tooth, adapter and retainer must be checked as matching system components.
Compare the tooth adapter and retainer
The tooth adapter 031 006, also 31006, is a weld-on adapter for cutting edges between 25 and 35 mm thick. Its confirmed approximate dimensions are 119 × 63 mm. The retainer 030 201, also 30201, measures approximately 60 × 28 mm.
These dimensions help when comparing the replacement part with the removed component. They do not replace a check of the adapter and retention geometry. On older buckets and attachments, a similar tooth shape alone is not enough to confirm the correct part.
Inspect the adapter before fitting a new tooth
Before fitting a new tooth, inspect the adapter nose, contact surfaces and retainer area for wear, chipping or deformation. A new tooth cannot compensate for a damaged or worn adapter interface.
The retainer must also match the existing retention geometry. Damaged or deformed retainers should not be reused. If a new tooth remains noticeably loose despite the correct reference number, the adapter interface must also be checked.
Do not select B0 from the machine alone
B0 identifies a size within the Bofors B-Lock tooth system. It is not a fixed machine or operating-weight class. Machine make, model and operating weight are therefore not sufficient for reliable identification. The tooth reference, adapter interface, cutting-edge thickness and retainer remain decisive.
Distinguish B0 from other Bofors systems
Components for sizes B1 to B5 use their own size-specific adapter and retention geometries. An overview of the available sizes is provided under Bofors B-Lock Tooth System.
The separately listed Bofors PIN-Type Torpedo teeth and roll pins do not belong to the B-Lock B0 system. Components from the two systems must not be treated as interchangeable.
