High-Performance Buckets for Large Equipment

This category is the central hub for medium-range earthmoving within our Excavator Buckets assortment. Here we bundle digging buckets for excavators from 14 to 30 tonnes, divided into three performance classes:

• LK7: for excavators 14–20 t

• LK8: for excavators 18–25 t

• LK9: for excavators 24–30 t

The LIS® BucKIT Principle: Configure instead of Wait

In this weight class, the variety of mounts (quick couplers) is immense. Our approach: We stock the performance-optimized bucket bodies and manufacture the mount (adapter frame) as well as the tooth configuration only after your order (final assembly from stock). Your advantage: You receive a bucket that fits your system exactly (e.g., OilQuick OQ70/55, Lehnhoff MS21, or Verachtert CW40) – but with extremely short delivery times.

Material & Construction (LK7 – LK9)

In contrast to the mini excavator sector, the breakout forces here are enormous. Our buckets are therefore designed for maximum service life with optimal dead weight:

• Cutting edge: 300×30 mm to 300×40 mm made of HB500 wear steel.

• Wear protection: Side cutters, bottom strips, and flank protection made of HB400.

• Body: Continuously curved bucket floor (12 mm) made of S355JR quality steel for optimal force lines.

High-Tech Tooth System: ESCO Ultralok®

Safety and changing speed are crucial on the construction site. That's why all digging buckets in this category are equipped with the ESCO Ultralok® System as standard. The hammerless locking system allows tooth changes with a simple pry tool. Tooth shapes available in the configurator:

• U30S: Standard

• U30C: Chisel (Rock)

• U30P: Point

• U30T: Twin Pick

Compatibility & Mounts

Thanks to the modular design, we can realize almost any standard market mount. The buckets are compatible with systems such as:

• OilQuick (OQ65, OQ70/55, OQ80)

• Lehnhoff (MS10, MS21, MS25)

• Verachtert (CW20, CW30, CW40)

• Liebherr (SW33, SW48) and many more.

Increased Efficiency with Tilt Couplers

When combined with a tilt coupler (tilt quick coupler), heavy-duty digging buckets significantly expand the working range of the excavator. The additional tilt movement allows for precise excavation, grading, and profiling without constantly repositioning the machine.

In demanding applications such as trenching, slope work, or bulk excavation, the combination of a performance-optimized digging bucket and a tilt coupler enables more efficient workflows and better utilization of machine power.
