Excavator Tooth and Retainer suitable for Bofors B-Lock B5
For Bofors B-Lock B5, LIS® supplies the excavator tooth 035 101 (also 35101) and the corresponding retainer 035 201 (also 35201). The reference number, existing B5 adapter and retention geometry must match for correct identification.

Excavator tooth and retainer for Bofors B-Lock B5
The excavator tooth 035 101 (also 35101) is confirmed for Bofors B-Lock B5. The replaceable wear tooth is fitted to the existing system-specific B5 adapter and retained by the retainer 035 201 (also 35201).
The tooth and retainer must match the existing adapter. The B5 size designation alone is not sufficient for identification. The reference number of the removed component, the adapter geometry and the retainer area must all correspond.
Compare retainer 035 201
The retainer 035 201 (also 35201) has confirmed approximate dimensions of 120 × 48 mm. These dimensions help when comparing it with the removed retainer, but they do not replace a check of the component design and existing retention geometry.
A retainer of similar size from another tooth system or another B-Lock size must not be selected solely from its external dimensions.
Inspect the existing B5 adapter before fitting the tooth
Before fitting the new tooth, inspect the adapter nose, contact surfaces and retainer area for wear, chipping and deformation. A new tooth or retainer cannot repair a worn or damaged adapter.
If the fitted tooth has noticeable movement, the condition of the adapter must also be checked. Damaged, deformed or incorrectly matched retainers should not be reused.
Do not identify B5 from the machine alone
B5 identifies a size within the Bofors B-Lock tooth system. It is not a fixed machine or operating-weight class. Machine make, model and operating weight are not sufficient to confirm an existing B5 adapter.
Replacement selection is based on the reference number of the tooth or retainer and the existing adapter geometry. If no reference number remains legible, compare the adapter and retainer area using clear photographs or the removed components.
Distinguish B5 from B4 and PIN-Type
Size Bofors B-Lock B4 uses its own tooth and adapter interface. A similar tooth shape or the adjacent size designation does not confirm interchangeability with B5.

The separately listed Bofors PIN-Type Torpedo teeth and roll pins do not belong to the B-Lock B5 system. Components from the two systems must not be treated as interchangeable.
Lifetime breakage guarantee: The lifetime breakage guarantee applies to the LIS® excavator tooth. It covers material and manufacturing defects but excludes normal wear caused by operating conditions.
