150 mm Rubber Tracks for Mini Excavators and Micro Excavators

150 mm rubber tracks for mini excavators and micro excavators are assigned at LIS® by machine model, pitch, number of links and track version. The LIS® rubber track finder and product filters support selection by machine, existing track size marking or technical article data.

  • selection via LIS® rubber track finder, product filters or existing track size marking
  • identification by width, pitch, number of links, track version and undercarriage variant
  • for selected micro excavators, mini excavators and compact tracked undercarriages

Correct technical identification of 150 mm rubber tracks

150 mm rubber tracks are used on micro excavators, small mini excavators and compact machines with narrow rubber-track undercarriages. The width is only the first technical filter. For ordering, pitch, number of links, track version, machine model and undercarriage variant must also be checked.

Especially on small machines, minor differences in dimensions, inner guide geometry or undercarriage version can mean that a rubber track does not fit the existing machine. The technical product data, the LIS® rubber track finder and the displayed machine assignment are therefore decisive.

Check pitch, number of links and track version

For 150 mm rubber tracks, the width alone is not sufficient. Pitch, number of links, track version and inner guide geometry must also match the existing track and undercarriage. Even with the same width, a different pitch or number of links requires a different rubber track.
The values may be shown in different orders depending on the product designation, data source or marking on the track. Width and pitch should therefore be measured individually, the inner links counted and the complete marking compared with the technical product data.

Use on micro excavators and small mini excavators

150 mm rubber tracks are relevant for compact machine classes where undercarriage, installation space and track guidance are closely matched. This includes selected micro excavators, small mini excavators and other compact tracked undercarriages with the corresponding undercarriage version.

On these machines, the existing track marking, machine model, undercarriage variant and technical article data should be checked together. Especially on older machines, different series or modified undercarriages, the track width alone may not be sufficient for correct identification.

Check machine, existing track and undercarriage

Selection can be made via the LIS® rubber track finder, the product filters or the existing rubber track. If the old track is still readable, width, pitch, number of links and track version should be compared with the article data.

If identification is unclear, adjacent undercarriage components should also be checked, especially drive sprocketsidlerstrack rollers and track adjusters. A 150 mm rubber track must technically match the existing undercarriage geometry.

150 mm rubber tracks, excavator tracks and rubber crawler tracks

Depending on search intent, 150 mm rubber tracks are also referred to as 150 mm excavator tracks, rubber crawler tracks or tracks for mini excavators. This category covers rubber tracks for machines with rubber-track undercarriages, not steel tracks.

If a steel-track undercarriage is required instead of a rubber track, the relevant undercarriage categories are track chainscomplete track chainstrack shoes or rubber pads and rubber plates, depending on the required component.

Further rubber track widths

LIS® 150 mm rubber tracks are used in OEM quality. If the existing track has a different width, the main category rubber tracks leads to further widths from 150 to 900 mm.
