190 mm Rubber Tracks for Mini Excavators and Crawler Dumpers
190 mm rubber tracks for mini excavators and crawler dumpers are assigned at LIS® by machine model, pitch, number of links and track version. The LIS® rubber track finder and product filters support selection by machine, existing track size marking or technical article data.
- Selection via LIS® rubber track finder, product filters or existing track size marking
- Identification by width, pitch, number of links, track version and undercarriage variant
- For selected mini excavators, crawler dumpers and compact tracked undercarriages

Correct technical identification of 190 mm rubber tracks
190 mm rubber tracks are used on mini excavators, small crawler dumpers and compact machines with rubber-track undercarriages. The width is only the first technical filter. For ordering, pitch, number of links, track version, machine model and undercarriage variant must also be checked.
The 190 mm width is relevant for compact undercarriages where installation space, track guidance and machine class must be correctly matched. The technical article data, the LIS® rubber track finder and the displayed machine assignment are therefore decisive.
Check pitch, number of links and track version
The size of a rubber track is specified article by article, for example in the format width × pitch × number of links. For 190 mm rubber tracks, the width alone is not sufficient. It must also be checked whether pitch, number of links and track version match the existing track or the machine model.
The respective pitch, currently mainly 72 mm, is a central identification value. The exact number of links and the article-specific track version, for example SRT, must also be checked on the individual article. For technical selection, the size combination width × pitch × number of links should be compared with the existing track and the product data.
Use on mini excavators and crawler dumpers
190 mm rubber tracks are relevant for machines that use compact rubber-track undercarriages and require a wider track version than very narrow micro excavator undercarriages. This includes selected mini excavators, crawler dumpers and other compact tracked undercarriages with the corresponding undercarriage version.
On these machines, similar model names, different years of manufacture or different undercarriage versions may require different rubber tracks. The track width alone is therefore not sufficient to identify a 190 mm rubber track correctly.
Check machine, existing track and undercarriage
Selection can be made via the LIS® rubber track finder, the product filters or the existing rubber track. If the old track is still readable, width, pitch, number of links and track version should be compared with the article data.
If identification is unclear, adjacent undercarriage components should also be checked, especially drive sprockets, idlers, track rollers and track adjusters. A 190 mm rubber track must technically match the existing undercarriage geometry.
190 mm rubber tracks, excavator tracks and rubber crawler tracks
Depending on search intent, 190 mm rubber tracks are also referred to as 190 mm excavator tracks, rubber crawler tracks or tracks for mini excavators. This category covers rubber tracks for machines with rubber-track undercarriages, not steel tracks.
If a steel-track undercarriage is required instead of a rubber track, the relevant undercarriage categories are track chains, complete track chains, track shoes or rubber pads and rubber plates, depending on the required component.
Further rubber track widths
LIS® 190 mm rubber tracks are used in OEM quality. If the existing track has a different width, the main category rubber tracks leads to further widths from 150 to 900 mm. Common technical entry points also include 180 mm rubber tracks, 200 mm rubber tracks, 230 mm rubber tracks and 250 mm rubber tracks.
