350 mm Rubber Tracks for Mini Excavators and Compact Tracked Machines
350 mm rubber tracks for mini excavators and compact tracked machines are selected at LIS® by size group, version and machine assignment. This width includes several clearly separate groups, mainly 109W, 75.5Y, 73Y, 52.5T, 56W and 54.5KX; these must be matched with the existing track marking, guide geometry and undercarriage variant.
- Selection via LIS® rubber track finder, product filters or existing track marking
- Check by pitch, number of links, W, Y, T or KX version
- For mini excavators and selected compact tracked machines

Select 350 mm rubber tracks by size group and version
For 350 mm rubber tracks, the size group determines the technical assignment. The LIS® range includes variants such as 350/41/109W, 350/42/109W, 350/74/75.5Y, 350/76/73Y, 350/84/52.5T, 350/84/56W, 350/86/52.5T and 350/86/54.5KX. These articles differ in pitch, number of links, version and guide geometry.
For purchasing, workshop and parts trade, comparison with the existing track is decisive. Relevant details include the readable track marking, the technical size data in the article, the track version, the guide geometry and the displayed machine assignment in the LIS® shop.
Clearly match size data and track marking
For 350 mm rubber tracks, the same technical size combination may be written differently depending on the data source. LIS® articles such as 350/86/52.5T are displayed in the shop in the order width, number of links and pitch. In the market, the same size group is often searched as 350x52.5x86 or 350x52,5x86, meaning width, pitch and number of links.
This different order must be taken into account during identification. Examples are 350/74/75.5Y as 350x75.5x74Y, 350/76/73Y as 350x73x76Y or 350/84/56W as 350x56x84W. For 350/86/54.5KX, external K or KX notations must be checked particularly carefully against the track marking and article data. The decisive factor is not the notation, but the match between width, pitch, number of links and version.
Check the 109W group
The 109W group is represented in the 350 mm width with 41 or 42 links in the LIS® range, for example as 350/41/109W and 350/42/109W. These variants must not be selected by width or machine designation alone.
Before ordering, pitch, number of links, W version, existing track marking and machine assignment should be compared. A different number of links or version may indicate a different undercarriage variant.
Check 75.5Y and 73Y separately
The 75.5Y group and the 73Y group are separate size groups in the 350 mm width. Typical LIS® articles are 350/74/75.5Y and 350/76/73Y.
Both groups use a Y version, but they are not automatically interchangeable. Pitch, number of links, guide geometry and machine assignment must be checked article by article.
Check 52.5T, 56W and 54.5KX separately
The 52.5T group is represented at LIS® among others by 350/84/52.5T and 350/86/52.5T. In addition, there are further size groups such as 350/84/56W and 350/86/54.5KX.
These versions are not replacement variants for each other. Especially with T, W, K and KX, the track marking, article data and machine assignment must be checked carefully. K and KX notations must not be treated as identical without verification.
Check track marking, machine model and undercarriage together
If the existing track is still readable, the marking should be compared directly with the technical article data. If the marking is no longer clearly visible, machine model, series, year of manufacture and undercarriage variant should also be checked before ordering a 350 mm rubber track.
Manufacturer or model names alone are not sufficient for ordering if different undercarriage variants exist. This also applies to common manufacturer environments such as Takeuchi, Yanmar, Kubota, Case, Kobelco or JCB. The decisive factor remains the correct combination of size group, version and undercarriage geometry.
Check adjacent undercarriage components if identification is unclear
If identification is unclear, adjacent undercarriage components should also be checked, especially drive sprockets, idlers, track rollers and track adjusters. A 350 mm rubber track must match the existing undercarriage geometry, not only the machine designation.
350 mm rubber tracks, excavator tracks and rubber crawler tracks
Depending on market terminology, 350 mm rubber tracks may also be referred to as 350 mm excavator tracks, rubber crawler tracks or tracks for mini excavators. This category covers rubber tracks for machines with rubber-track undercarriages, not steel tracks.
If a steel-track undercarriage is required instead of a rubber track, the relevant undercarriage categories are track chains, complete track chains, track shoes or rubber pads and rubber plates, depending on the required component.
Further rubber track widths
LIS® 350 mm rubber tracks are used in OEM quality. If the existing track has a different width, the main category rubber tracks leads to further widths from 150 to 900 mm. Common technical entry points also include 320 mm rubber tracks, 370 mm rubber tracks, 380 mm rubber tracks and 400 mm rubber tracks.
