260 mm Rubber Tracks for Mini Excavators
260 mm rubber tracks for mini excavators are selected at LIS® by size group, track version and machine assignment. In this category, the relevant variants are currently mainly 109N, 96Y and 55.5Y; these must be matched with the existing track marking, inner guide design and undercarriage version.
- Selection via LIS® rubber track finder, product filters or existing track marking
- Check by pitch, number of links, N or Y version and undercarriage variant
- For selected mini excavators with the corresponding rubber-track undercarriage

Select 260 mm rubber tracks by size group and track version
260 mm rubber tracks should not be ordered by manufacturer or machine designation alone. In this width, the LIS® range includes different size groups: 260/35/109N, 260/37/109N, 260/38/96Y and 260/78/55.5Y. These variants differ in pitch, number of links and guide geometry and are not interchangeable.
For purchasing departments, workshops and spare parts dealers, comparison with the existing track is therefore essential. Relevant details include the readable track marking, the technical product data, the inner guide version and the displayed machine assignment in the LIS® shop.
Correctly identify 109N, 96Y and 55.5Y
The 109N version is listed in the 260 mm width with a lower number of links. It is specified article by article as an N version and must match the existing track guidance, undercarriage length and machine variant.
The 96Y version and the 55.5Y version follow a Y-related guide geometry. Especially with Y versions, the existing track, inner guide design and machine assignment should be checked carefully. Details such as asymmetric or externally reinforced must be evaluated article by article and must not be applied generally to all 260 mm rubber tracks.
Check track marking, pitch and number of links
In the LIS® size designations used within this category, width, number of links, pitch and track version are combined for the respective article. For example, 260/35/109N indicates a width of 260 mm, 35 inner links, a pitch of 109 mm and the N version. All four characteristics must match the existing track and undercarriage.
A similar sequence of figures does not automatically mean that two rubber tracks are interchangeable. Pitch, number of links and inner guide version in particular affect track length, engagement with the drive sprocket and guidance within the undercarriage.
Other manufacturers, data sources or track markings may display these values in a different order. Width and pitch should therefore be measured individually, the inner links counted and the complete marking compared with the technical product data.
Check machine assignment and undercarriage together
260 mm rubber tracks are used on selected mini excavators whose undercarriage is designed for the respective pitch and guide geometry. Similar model names may require different rubber tracks if the year of manufacture, undercarriage or track version differs.
If identification is unclear, adjacent undercarriage components should also be checked, especially drive sprockets, idlers, track rollers and track adjusters. A 260 mm rubber track must match the existing undercarriage geometry, not only the machine designation.
260 mm rubber tracks, excavator tracks and rubber crawler tracks
Depending on search wording, 260 mm rubber tracks are also referred to as 260 mm excavator tracks, rubber crawler tracks or tracks for mini excavators. This category covers rubber tracks for machines with rubber-track undercarriages, not steel tracks.
If a steel-track undercarriage is required instead of a rubber track, the relevant undercarriage categories are track chains, complete track chains, track shoes or rubber pads and rubber plates, depending on the required component.
Further rubber track widths
LIS® 260 mm rubber tracks are used in OEM quality. If the existing track has a different width, the main category rubber tracks leads to further widths from 150 to 900 mm. Common technical entry points also include 230 mm rubber tracks, 250 mm rubber tracks, 280 mm rubber tracks and 300 mm rubber tracks.
