420 mm Rubber Tracks for Excavators and Compact Tracked Machines

420 mm rubber tracks for excavators and compact tracked machines at LIS® for machines with rubber-track undercarriages. The suitable version is assigned via machine model, product filters, rubber track finder or existing track marking.

  • Match via LIS® rubber track finder, product filters or track marking
  • Variants with 100 mm pitch and different numbers of links
  • For excavators, compact tracked machines and selected machines with 420 mm rubber-track undercarriages

Assign 420 mm rubber tracks by size group and undercarriage

The currently listed 420 mm rubber tracks in the LIS® range are carried as SRT versions with 100 mm pitch. Relevant technical size groups are 420/48/100SRT, 420/50/100SRT, 420/52/100SRT and 420/54/100SRT.

For correct assignment, number of links, SRT version, existing track marking, machine model and undercarriage variant should be checked together. With the same width and the same pitch, the number of links determines the required undercarriage length.

LIS® size data and market-standard notation

LIS® articles such as 420/52/100SRT are displayed in the shop in the order width, number of links and pitch. In the market, the same size combination is often searched as 420x100x52SRT or 420x100x52, meaning width, pitch and number of links.

Accordingly, notations such as 420x100x48, 420x100x50 and 420x100x54 should be matched with the LIS® article data. The decisive factor is not the order of notation, but the match between width, pitch, number of links and version.

Check 100 mm pitch and SRT version

For the current 420 mm articles, the 100 mm pitch is the shared technical reference point. The variants mainly differ by 48, 50, 52 or 54 links.

The SRT version, inner guide and sprocket engagement must be checked on an article-specific basis. A 420 mm rubber track must match the existing undercarriage geometry, not only the machine designation.

Match machine model and manufacturer environment

Depending on the article assignment, 420 mm rubber tracks are used on excavators and compact machines from different manufacturers. Relevant manufacturer environments may include Yanmar, Kubota, Takeuchi, Caterpillar/CAT, O&K and further manufacturers.

Manufacturer and model information is used for technical assignment. For a reliable order, existing track marking, size group, undercarriage variant and the machine assignment shown in the LIS® shop should be checked together.

Include track marking and undercarriage components

If the track marking is still readable, it should be compared directly with the article data. Width, pitch, number of links and version are relevant. If the marking is no longer clearly visible, machine model, series, year of manufacture and existing undercarriage components should also be used for identification.

If identification is unclear, adjacent undercarriage components should also be checked, especially drive sprocketsidlerstrack rollers and track adjusters.

420 mm rubber tracks, excavator tracks and rubber crawler tracks

Depending on market terminology, 420 mm rubber tracks may also be referred to as 420 mm excavator tracks, rubber crawler tracks, rubber tracks for excavators or rubber tracks for compact tracked machines. This category covers rubber tracks for machines with rubber-track undercarriages, not steel tracks.

If a steel-track undercarriage is required instead of a rubber track, the relevant undercarriage categories are track chainscomplete track chainstrack shoes or rubber pads and rubber plates, depending on the required component.

Further rubber track widths

LIS® 420 mm rubber tracks are used in OEM quality. If the existing track has a different width, the main category rubber tracks leads to further widths from 150 to 900 mm.
