LIS® Gummikette mit 200mm Breite für Minibagger und Dumper

200 mm Rubber Tracks for Mini Excavators, Crawler Dumpers and Compact Loaders

200 mm rubber tracks for mini excavators, crawler dumpers and compact loaders are assigned at LIS® by machine model, pitch, number of links and track version. The LIS® rubber track finder and product filters support selection by machine, existing track size marking or technical article data.

  • Selection via LIS® rubber track finder, product filters or existing track size marking
  • Identification by width, pitch, number of links, track version and undercarriage variant
  • For selected mini excavators, crawler dumpers, compact loaders and compact tracked undercarriages

Correct technical identification of 200 mm rubber tracks

200 mm rubber tracks form a width class in the LIS® range for selected mini excavators, crawler dumpers, compact loaders and compact tracked undercarriages. For the currently listed 200 mm articles, the 72 mm pitch is the common size reference; the technical distinction is mainly made by the number of links and the track version.

This combination is relevant because different undercarriage lengths, track guidance layouts and machine assignments are possible within the same track width. For technical selection, the existing track marking, machine model, undercarriage variant and article data should be checked together. The LIS® rubber track finder and product filters support the comparison between machine, size marking and suitable rubber track.

Check pitch, number of links and track version

The size of a rubber track is specified article by article, for example in the format width × pitch × number of links. For 200 mm rubber tracks, this size combination must match the existing track, the machine model and the respective undercarriage version.

The number of links describes the track length required for the undercarriage length. The track version, for example SRT or K version, identifies the article-specific track variant and must be compared with the existing track and the displayed machine assignment.

Use on mini excavators, crawler dumpers and compact loaders

200 mm rubber tracks are used in compact machine classes where track width, installation space, track guidance and machine weight must be correctly matched. This includes selected mini excavators, crawler dumpers, compact loaders and other tracked undercarriages with the corresponding undercarriage version.

On these machines, similar model names, different years of manufacture or different undercarriage versions may require different rubber tracks. The existing track marking should therefore always be compared with the technical article data and the machine assignment in the LIS® shop.

Check machine, existing track and undercarriage

Selection can be made via the LIS® rubber track finder, the product filters or the existing rubber track. If the old track is still readable, width, pitch, number of links and track version should be compared with the article data.

If identification is unclear, adjacent undercarriage components should also be checked, especially drive sprocketsidlerstrack rollers and track adjusters. A 200 mm rubber track must technically match the existing undercarriage geometry.

200 mm rubber tracks, excavator tracks and rubber crawler tracks

Depending on search intent, 200 mm rubber tracks are also referred to as 200 mm excavator tracks, rubber crawler tracks or tracks for mini excavators. This category covers rubber tracks for machines with rubber-track undercarriages, not steel tracks.

If a steel-track undercarriage is required instead of a rubber track, the relevant undercarriage categories are track chainscomplete track chainstrack shoes or rubber pads and rubber plates, depending on the required component.

Further rubber track widths

LIS® 200 mm rubber tracks are used in OEM quality. If the existing track has a different width, the main category rubber tracks leads to further widths from 150 to 900 mm.
