The ESCO® Ultralok® loader tooth U40A is a wear part for the Ultralok® tooth system in size U40. The Abrasion profile is intended for loader applications in highly abrasive material conditions.
The tooth geometry supports consistent material flow across the bucket cutting edge and is used in operations where a smooth working surface is required. The tooth is installed through the tooth interface at the adapter interface and forms part of the Ground Engaging Tools (GET). Tooth replacement within the Ultralok® system is carried out via the integrated hammerless locking mechanism.
