ESCO® Ultralok® U40 Loader Tooth – U40APH (Abrasion Penetration)

The ESCO® Ultralok® loader tooth U40APH is a wear part for the Ultralok® tooth system in size U40. The Abrasion Penetration profile is designed for loader applications in highly abrasive material conditions.

This tooth type is used in demanding environments such as handling hot slag from steel mill operations, where high wear and temperature loads may occur. The tooth geometry combines a narrow penetration shape with additional wear material and supports consistent material flow across the bucket cutting edge. The tooth is installed through the tooth interface at the adapter interface and forms part of the Ground Engaging Tools (GET). Tooth replacement within the Ultralok® system is performed via the integrated hammerless locking mechanism.
