The ESCO® Ultralok® loader tooth U40AP is a wear part for the Ultralok® tooth system in size U40. The Abrasion Penetration profile is designed for loader operations in highly abrasive material conditions.
The tooth geometry combines a narrow penetration shape with additional wear material and is designed as a self-sharpening penetration tooth. This supports controlled penetration while maintaining consistent material flow across the bucket cutting edge. The tooth is installed through the tooth interface at the adapter interface and forms part of the Ground Engaging Tools (GET). Tooth replacement within the Ultralok® system is performed via the integrated hammerless locking mechanism.
