The ESCO® Ultralok® loader tooth U40AHB is a wear part for the Ultralok® tooth system in size U40. The Abrasion profile with the Heavy Back (HB) configuration is intended for loader applications in highly abrasive material conditions.
This tooth type is used in demanding environments such as handling slag from steel mill operations, where high wear and elevated temperatures may occur. The tooth geometry supports consistent material flow across the bucket cutting edge and is used in operations where a smooth working surface is required. The tooth is installed through the tooth interface at the adapter interface and forms part of the Ground Engaging Tools (GET). Tooth replacement within the Ultralok® system is carried out via the integrated hammerless locking mechanism.
