ESCO® Ultralok® U40 Loader Tooth – U40APHB (Abrasion Penetration, Heavy Back)

The ESCO® Ultralok® loader tooth U40APHB is a wear part for the Ultralok® tooth system in size U40. The Abrasion Penetration profile with the Heavy Back (HB) configuration is intended for loader applications in highly abrasive materials.

The tooth geometry combines a narrow penetration shape with additional wear material in the rear section of the tooth. This supports controlled penetration while maintaining stable material flow across the bucket cutting edge. The tooth is installed through the tooth interface at the adapter interface and forms part of the Ground Engaging Tools (GET). Tooth replacement within the Ultralok® system is carried out via the integrated hammerless locking mechanism.
