The ESCO® Ultralok® adapter 1837A-U40 is a weld-on adapter for the Ultralok® tooth system in size U40. It is welded to the bucket cutting edge and provides the mounting interface for compatible Ultralok® tooth points.
The adapter forms part of the Ground Engaging Tools (GET) and connects the excavator bucket cutting edge with the tooth point. Within the Ultralok® system the integrated locking mechanism allows hammerless tooth replacement.
