The ESCO® Ultralok® excavator tooth U40H is a wear part for the Ultralok® tooth system in size U40. The Heavy profile is designed for excavator applications in highly abrasive materials.
The tooth geometry includes additional wear material in the working area of the tooth and supports consistent wear during operation. This design makes the tooth suitable for applications with high loads at the bucket cutting edge. The tooth is installed through the tooth interface at the adapter interface and forms part of the Ground Engaging Tools (GET). Tooth replacement within the Ultralok® system is performed via the integrated hammerless locking mechanism.
