ESCO® Ultralok® U40 Excavator Tooth – U40CPHB (Chisel Penetration, Heavy Back)

The ESCO® Ultralok® excavator tooth U40CPHB is a wear part for the Ultralok® tooth system in size U40. The Chisel Penetration profile with the Heavy Back (HB) configuration combines a narrow penetration geometry with additional wear material in the rear section.

The tooth is installed through the tooth interface at the adapter interface and forms part of the Ground Engaging Tools (GET). The design is used in applications where controlled penetration into compacted or abrasive material is required. Tooth replacement within the Ultralok® system is performed via the integrated hammerless locking mechanism.
