The LIS® ASG600 demolition and sorting grapple is designed for excavators in the 4.0–7.0 t class and intended for structured demolition, sorting and loading operations. With a 600 mm shell width, a 1,400 mm opening width and a closing force of 23 kN, the grapple enables controlled handling of concrete debris, natural stones and mixed materials.
The 360° hydraulic rotation supports precise positioning even under higher loads. With a dead weight of 366 kg, the grapple is matched to this excavator class and ensures stable operation without limiting hydraulic performance. The neutral mounting plate provides a flexible basis for common quick coupler systems.
