The LIS® ASG500 demolition and sorting grapple is designed for excavators in the 2.5–5.0 t class and intended for demolition, sorting and loading operations. With a 500 mm shell width, a 1,160 mm opening width and a closing force of 20 kN, the grapple enables controlled handling of concrete debris, natural stones and mixed materials.
The 360° hydraulic rotation supports precise positioning even under higher loads. With a dead weight of 308 kg, the grapple is matched to this excavator class and ensures stable operation without limiting hydraulic performance. The neutral mounting plate provides a flexible basis for common quick coupler systems.
