ESCO® Ultralok® U55 Weld-on Adapter – 4831A-U55 (Typ 10 | 2 Leg)

The ESCO® Ultralok® adapter 4831A-U55 is a weld-on adapter for the U55 Ultralok® tooth system. The 2 Leg design with type code 10 is intended for installation on the cutting edge and forms the system pocket and tooth pocket for compatible Ultralok® tooth points.

The adapter is welded to the cutting edge and provides the form-fit connection between the bucket and tooth point. This configuration is intended for wheel loaders in hot-slag applications. As part of the Ground Engaging Tools (GET), it transfers forces from the tooth into the bucket structure.
