The ESCO® Ultralok® U55CH is an excavator tooth for the U55 system with the Chisel Tooth profile and type code C. This version is configured for Hot Slag. As a wear part within the Ultralok® tooth system, the point is seated with a form-fit connection in the tooth pocket at the adapter interface.
The chisel profile is intended for excavator applications involving hot slag and combines controlled penetration with additional wear material. The tooth point is secured to the tooth pocket by a hot-slag lock.
