The ESCO® Ultralok® U45APHB is a loader tooth for the U45 system with the Abrasion Penetration Tooth profile and type code AP. This version uses the Hot Slag, HB – Bolt-in Lock configuration. As a wear part within the Ultralok® tooth system, the point is seated with a form-fit connection in the tooth pocket at the adapter interface.
The abrasion-penetration profile is intended for wheel loaders handling hot slag and highly abrasive material. The tooth point is secured to the tooth pocket by a bolt-in hot-slag lock.
