The ESCO® Ultralok® U45AHB is a loader tooth for the U45 system with the Abrasion Tooth profile and type code A. This version uses the Hot Slag, HB – Bolt-in Lock configuration. As a wear part within the Ultralok® tooth system, the point is seated with a form-fit connection in the tooth pocket at the adapter interface.
The tooth profile is intended for wheel loader applications involving hot slag and highly abrasive material. The tooth point is secured to the tooth pocket by a bolt-in hot-slag lock.
