Tilt Quick Coupler / Tilting Hitch 180° | HS10 for Excavators (12–15 t)

This hydraulic tilt quick coupler with a 180° tilt range is designed for 12–15 t excavators using the HS10 quick coupler system. The integrated tilt motor enables precise positioning of buckets and attachments without repositioning the carrier.

The tilt drive operates up to 210 bar with a minimum oil flow of 15–25 l/min. The locking mechanism is designed for a working pressure range of 25–300 bar. Maximum torque is 7000 Nm.

The unit complies with current BG requirements and is executed as a Double-Lock version according to EN 474:2022. An integrated oil feed-through, hardened sealing and bearing surfaces, and an integrated overload valve are included in the design.
