The LIS® ASG1000 demolition and sorting grapple is designed for excavators in the 15.0–20.0 t class and intended for heavy-duty demolition, sorting and loading operations. With a 1,000 mm shell width, a 1,960 mm opening width and a closing force of 46 kN, the grapple enables controlled handling of large-volume demolition material, massive concrete debris and mixed materials.
The 360° hydraulic rotation supports precise positioning even under very high loads. With a dead weight of 1,296 kg, the grapple is matched to this excavator class and ensures stable operation without limiting hydraulic performance. The neutral mounting plate provides a flexible basis for common quick coupler systems.

Important technical note
