ESCO® Ultralok® U55 Weld-on Adapter – 5870A-U55 (Typ 4CN | 1-1/2 Top Leg Straddle)

The ESCO® Ultralok® adapter 5870A-U55 is a weld-on adapter for the U55 Ultralok® tooth system. The 1-1/2 Top Leg Straddle design with type code 4CN is intended for installation on the cutting edge and forms the system pocket and tooth pocket for compatible Ultralok® tooth points.

The adapter is welded to the cutting edge and provides the form-fit connection between the bucket and tooth point. This configuration is intended for wheel loaders. As part of the Ground Engaging Tools (GET), it transfers forces from the tooth into the bucket structure.
