ESCO® Ultralok® U45 Weld-on Adapter – 3898-U45 (Typ 52 | Flushmount)

The ESCO® Ultralok® adapter 3898-U45 is a weld-on adapter for the U45 Ultralok® tooth system. The Flushmount design with type code 52 is intended for installation on the cutting edge and forms the system pocket and tooth pocket for compatible Ultralok® tooth points.

The adapter is welded to the cutting edge according to its design and provides the form-fit connection between the bucket and tooth point. This configuration is intended for clamshell applications. As part of the Ground Engaging Tools (GET), it transfers forces from the tooth into the bucket structure.
