The ESCO® Ultralok® U30AP is a wear part for the Ultralok® tooth system in size U30. The AP – Abrasion Penetration profile is designed for wheel loader applications where high penetration performance is required in abrasive materials.
The tooth fits form-locking into the tooth pocket at the adapter interface and forms part of the Ground Engaging Tools (GET). The geometry is designed for controlled penetration and material flow in loading operations. Tooth replacement within the Ultralok® tooth system is hammerless via the integrated locking mechanism.
