ESCO® Ultralok® U25 Weld-on Adapter – 3870-U25 (Typ 7 | Bottom Leg)

The ESCO® Ultralok® adapter 3870-U25 is a single-strap weld-on adapter in bottom leg configuration for system size U25. It is welded onto the cutting edge and forms the system interface for compatible Ultralok® tooth points.

The Type 7 (Bottom Leg) design features a reinforced lower contact surface. The key selection parameter is the opening dimension (A) of 30 mm to match the cutting edge thickness. Dimensions B and C define the structural contact areas. The angle is 30°, with a nose angle of 10°. The Ultralok® system enables a hammerless tooth change.
