The ESCO® Ultralok® adapter 3808-U25 is a single-strap weld-on adapter with reinforced top leg for system size U25. It is welded onto the cutting edge and forms the system interface for compatible Ultralok® tooth points.
This configuration corresponds to Type 4 (1-1/2 Top Leg). The key selection parameter is the opening dimension (A) of 35 mm to match the cutting edge thickness. Dimension B defines the upper contact surface, while dimension C defines the structural engagement. The angle is 30°, with a nose angle of 15°. The Ultralok® system enables a hammerless tooth change.
