The ESCO® Ultralok® adapter 8802-U20 is a single-strap weld-on adapter in flush configuration for system size U20. It is welded onto the cutting edge and forms the system interface for the ESCO® Ultralok® tooth system.
The flush design provides a level working surface at the cutting edge. The opening dimension (A) is designed for cutting edge thicknesses between 20–25 mm. Dimension B defines the upper contact surface. The angle is 25°, with a nose angle of 15°. The integrated locking mechanism enables a hammerless tooth change.
