The ESCO® Ultralok® adapter 5854-U20 is a two-leg weld-on adapter for system size U20. It is welded onto the cutting edge and forms the system interface for the ESCO® Ultralok® tooth system.
Type 8 is designed as a two-leg configuration with welding on both upper and lower sides of the cutting edge. The key selection parameter is the opening dimension (A) of 25 mm. Dimensions B and C define the strap lengths. The angle is 30°, with a nose angle of 10°. The integrated locking mechanism enables a hammerless tooth change.
