KM1411D Complete Master Pin | KM1402 Track Chain | LIS®

The KM1411D complete master pin is designed for the secure connection and retention of track links within heavy-duty undercarriage systems. As part of the master pin assembly, it provides a reliable connection between end links and supports the long-term integrity of the complete track chain system.

Manufactured from specially hardened wear-resistant steel, the master pin is engineered to withstand high shear and compressive loads. The design is specifically intended for demanding undercarriage applications and helps protect adjacent bushings, sealing elements and wear components.

System Integration

The KM1411D operates together with KM1402 track chains and the corresponding bushing and sealing components of the undercarriage system.

Typical Applications

Typical applications include the Komatsu PC400 series, including PC400-5, as well as comparable systems used on Hitachi EX400 and Hitachi ZX450.
