The ESCO® Ultralok® adapter 8704-U25 is a two-leg bolt-on corner adapter for system size U25. It is mounted at the bucket corner and forms the system interface for compatible Ultralok® tooth points.
This configuration corresponds to Type 23 (2 Leg Corner 2 Bolt). The key selection parameter is the opening dimension (A) of 32 mm to match the cutting edge thickness. Dimensions B and C define the two load-bearing contact surfaces. The angle is 22.5°, with a nose angle of 15°. The Ultralok® system enables a hammerless tooth change.
