LIS® Spare parts

For all spare parts LIS® warrants an error-free operation for 6 months from the date of purchase.

LIS® Undercarriages

For undercarriages LIS® issues a warranty of 12 months or 1,500 operating hours.

          LIS® Rubber tracks Excavator

For rubber tracks to 485 mm width LIS® issues a warranty of 18 months or 1,500 operating hours.

For rubber tracks from 500 mm width LIS® issues a warranty of 18 months or 1,000 operating hours.

LIS® Rubber tracks Dumper

For dumper rubber tracks LIS® issues a warranty of 12 months or 1,000 operating hours. Operating the machine on soft ground is precedent to recovery.

Rubber tracks are warranted on the following schedule:

a. 0–250 working hours: 100% replacement

b. 251–500 working hours: 75% replacement

c. 501–750 operating hours: working hours: 50% replacement 

d. 751–1,000 working hours: 25% replacement

           LIS® Rubber Pads

For rubber pads LIS® issues a warranty of 18 months from the manufacturing date respectively 12 months or 1,000 operating hours from the date of installation.

           LIS® Ground Engaging Tools

Ground Engaging Tools are subject to a life-time warranty against breakage.

The warranty is restricted to faulty workmanship but not to wear caused by normal usage. 

The customer has to return the damaged product to a LIS® dealer close-by or to the

LIS® central warehouse. Additionally, he has to pay the costs of the transport.

After inspection and evaluation, LIS® will repair, replace or credit the product.

In no event shall LIS® be liable for consequential or special damages for breach of

the above warranties or of any other warranty which may be implied by law.
