Tilt Quick Coupler / Tilting Hitch 180° | HS10 for Excavators (8–12 t)

This hydraulic tilt coupler with a 180° swivel range is designed for 8–12 t excavators equipped with the HS10 quick coupler system (hydraulic quick coupler). The integrated swivel motor allows for precise positioning of buckets and attachments without moving the machine.

The swivel drive operates at up to 210 bar with a minimum oil flow of 15–25 l/min. The hydraulic locking mechanism of the quick coupler is designed for a working pressure range of 25–300 bar. The maximum torque is 5000 Nm.

The design complies with current BG requirements and is built as a double-lock version according to EN 474:2022. An integrated oil feedthrough, hardened sealing and bearing surfaces, and an integrated overload valve are included in the design.
