ESCO® Ultralok® U35 Excavator Tooth – U35CCE (Continuous Edge Center)

The ESCO® Ultralok® U35CCE is a wear part for the Ultralok® tooth system in size U35. The CCE – Continuous Edge profile is designed as a center tooth to create an almost continuous cutting edge across the bucket.

Compared to standard tooth shapes, this geometry minimizes gaps between teeth and supports applications requiring a smooth cutting line, such as grading or trench bottom finishing.

The tooth fits form-locking into the tooth pocket at the adapter interface and forms part of the Ground Engaging Tools (GET). Tooth replacement within the Ultralok® tooth system is hammerless via the integrated locking mechanism.
