The ESCO® Ultralok® loader tooth U40AH is a wear part for the Ultralok® tooth system in size U40. The Abrasion Hot Slag profile is designed for loader applications in highly abrasive materials and for handling hot slag.
The tooth geometry is designed to support stable material flow and controlled penetration while providing additional wear material in the working area of the tooth. This design makes the tooth suitable for applications with high wear loads at the loader cutting edge. The tooth is installed through the tooth interface at the adapter interface and forms part of the Ground Engaging Tools (GET). Tooth replacement within the Ultralok® system is carried out via the integrated hammerless locking mechanism.
