Undercarriages

Modern construction machinery must meet the operational demands and expectations of the industry. As undercarriage and track component specialists we offer total design and build solutions to OEM’s for excavators, crushers, rotary grinders, drilling machines and many other types of off-highway tracked equipment. We can supply undercarriage components or design and build complete undercarriage units to the customers specifications.

 

Transmissions

For the transmission of undercarriages we offer complete units with multi stage planetary gears including integrated or flanged engine, hydraulically or electrically driven. Depending on the application and the hydraulic circuit integrated multi-disk brakes and/or special brake valves are available.

 

Track Chains

Chains are characterised by different seal and lubrication systems coming in lengths suitable for the machine requirement. Greased or lubricated chains not only offer a longer life span over “dry” chains, but also reduce fuel consumption as well as noise levels. Choose the right width of track shoe and the machine becomes a truly “smooth operator”.

 

Track Shoes

We supply a wide range of profiles to make the selection for optimal ground contact simple. Single, double or tripple grousers ensure positive track power in unstable terrain conditions whilst our rubberised or PU coated steel shoes protect road surfaces and pathways

Our factory has been optimally designed to meet the Just In Time requirements of our customers. Special track presses adjust the chains speedily to the required lengths; a mulitple head track bolt wrench and colour coating with our efficient dippig system all contribute to our rapid reaction times and competitve prices.

 

Track- and Carrier Rollers

Our extensive range of track- and carrier rollers guarantees a solution for the widest choice of working conditions; dozer rollers for light weight but fast moving machines and excavators for heavy and slow movers subject to larger impact forces. Quality materials and finishing to a high standard combined with lifetime lubrication help minimise repair and maintainance costs and ensure a long component life.

 High quality steel, state of the art CNC machining, induction hardening and “clean room” assembly contribute to the superior quality and ensure a long service life.

 

Sprockets and Segments

Precisely machined bolt on sprockets matching travel gears or segment groups which can be changed leaving the chain in situ are available with varying number of teeth for the different machine requirements. The tooth surfaces are induction hardened for extra durability.

 

Idlers / Idler Units

The idler with a pretensioned spring element is one of the most important parts in the undercarriage assembly. The idler allows for perfect adjustment of the slack on the chain and helps protect the drive assembly from external influences such as rocks and debris. For an extended service life the idlers come with lifetime lubrication and the running surface of the idlers is induction hardened.
