Steelcasting
Linser Industrie Service GmbH suplies an ever increasing range of specialized steel casting parts for OEM customers.
The products are made to customer specifications and drawings. The material used is either according to the specified parameters or chosen to give the best performance for the operation required. Heat treatment and tempering yields the desired hardness, tensile strength and impact values. Continous, on the process testing, from raw material to finished product ensures that the stable, high quality is strictly adhered to. Critical parts undergo regular NDT, either X-ray or ultrasonic. Castings can be produced from 500 grams up to 3 tons weight. According to customer demand they will be raw casting only or finished machined and painted.
The items are manufactured in line with the customers production schedule and LIS always keeps a safety stock in the warehouse in Sankt Augustin or Solingen. This ensures a continous “Just in Time” delivery to the production sites.
