Rubber tacks and mini excavator undercarriage parts
LIS rubber tracks are available for just about every mini and midi excavator on the market today. Track width ranges from 150 mm up to 900 mm coming in varying lengths to suit the particular unit. Special application tracks are also available, for example BV206 tracks, rollers and sprockets.
Six specially formulated rubber compounds are required to manufacture the rubber track, each being used to optimise the structure and ensure a long service life. Endless wound prestreched steel cords prevent breakage and elongation. The steel cord is brass coated to give excelent bonding to the rubber. Forged steel inlays stabilize the rubber track structure. Each inlay is manufactured to ensure maximum strength while giving a smooth operation.
Track and carrier rollers, sprockets and idlers, with and without tension devices, are supplied for a variety of different models and applications. For customised equipment specially designed and manufactured mini undercarriage components are provided.
Rubber street pads are becoming more and more popular and can be supplied in various sizes to suit the equipment.
